2. My first keynote
I’m currently in Germany, where I flew in almost a week ago to keynote LeadDev Berlin 2024. The title of my talk was “Leading through Scarcity: How to build capacity in the team you have”.
Having 900 curious and eager-to-learn eyes on you while you talk was an incredible experience. I also got to meet some of you, newsletter readers, in person!!
I will discuss the whole journey of creating a talk and preparing for the conference in more detail in an upcoming article once I get back home to San Francisco.
